Connor and Leon watching the boys of summer signing elsewhere while Holland negotiates with his RFA's to try and squeeze in the best possible roster before the season starts.
You are one hard to please sob!Please......why post a trash remake of a great song. )
Getting back at Florida would be signing a reasonable contract with Tampa. Not likely, but worst case scenario is Florida pissed off Huberdeau enough that he has a monster season and still re-signs in Calgary for below market value just to get back at Florida.
Holland would have also chose that remake!!!!You are one hard to please sob!

You could always alternate Nurse and Bouch on there. IMO if we are in win now mode and Bouch is the better option, he needs to play there.Would prefer to keep Barrie one more year so we're not paying Bouchard stupid money in the offseason as a 65+point d-man after a year on a top-3 PP
I doubt a player would hold a grudge like that that cost them financially. Not likely, but worst case scenario is Florida pissed off Huberdeau enough that he has a monster season and still re-signs in Calgary for below market value just to get back at Florida.

So we had fast food talk take over the last thread, looks like it's gonna be covers vs originals in this thread .

When you make that much money sometimes a few million less isn’t the end of the world. So he would screw himself for spite?
Nice thread you have here bryan...
be a shame if someone suddenyl took a dump in it...
As opposed to your logic of PP minutes being a better tool to develop a young defenceman over more even strength and PK minutes? This logic makes no sense to me. Why a team would hold back progression of one of their high draft picks for cap space would be stupid
I don't believe that Barrie is the best option. Bouchard has a far better shot, a better selection of shots and is at least as good of a passer. The only area that we might get weaker is in terms of SH chances against. That said he needs to grow into this role, so it's better that he gets the whole season to grow into it instead of getting thrown into the fire in the playoffs. If we're in win now mode and Barrie's the best option we should keep him one more year and allow Nurse to play as much EV/PK min as possible against elite competition and as a bonus get to sign Bouchard at a cheaper contract to maximise our win-now ability.
Stick to the litter box or we'll find out how many ways a cat can get skinned.Nice thread you have here bryan...
