WC: Roster Talk '13 — Canada

When it comes to a shootout, all bets are off. We constantly see significantly better teams lose to bad teams in the SO. While the recent struggles for CAN in the WHC are apparent, I don't think it's valid to be overly critical of losing (basically) a coin flip.

(Note: not suggesting SWE is a bad team at all)

One thing I REALLY disagree with in regards to the IIHF is elimination SOs.
