Neither of these were at the bottom of my list of their division but I didn't expect my list to match everyone else's lists for the division either.

I feel like this is a good matchup. Both teams are similarly strong down the middle (i would give the edge to Borg obviously) and are well balanced defensively. I think Bourque is a stronger #1 capable of leading the D in all levels of EV, PP, PK. Our 3rd pair will play limited Even Strength and will focus on their second pair PK and PP duties.

If nothing else, this will all come down to the goalies, and I'd expect Hall to be a game breaker over Benedict.

Further analysis is required, but this is my initial and biased reaction

I just realized the Borgs have sick PP units, top to bottom. It will take a lot to stand up to that. Strathcona has Clarke at least, but they really need him up on the 1st unit. Worry about whether he's tired next round and get through this nightmare of a powerplay for now!
