Alex Rodriguez, Rickey Henderson (played for three more seasons after that), Phil Niekro (twice), Gaylord Perry (twice) - it's not that unusual.

Kelenic needs to do something before we say that. His MLB career OPS is hovering around .600 and he's been disappointing this season.

Not a good trade, but terming it a disaster is a bit strong as things stand now. Diaz is a very good reliever.

As I Mets fan I agree. Hated the trade at the time, but with Diaz regaining his form and Kelenic not developing into much so far, it doesn't look as bad.

Robinson Cano was on his way to a hall of fame career as a second basemen until he kept getting injured then he got popped for 2 drug offenses.

What a shame.
