I feel they may have sent him and Miller back from Chicago as to not deal with the insane cold of Winnepeg. Guess we will see something in the next two days.

Well he has to get healthy first and show a game or two on the ice. May not be a bad idea to trade him, I think long-term they could put Patches, Tuch or Glass with the first line. His contract isn't great, nor is it terrible, so it could net something modest in return. Unless you sold him during one of his hot streaks I don't think you could expect a big haul in return.

I think he's the odd man out if they were to add a guy like Stone. Haula could probably be extended for a lot less, and gives VGK a lot more options at C/W

But he was absolutely fantastic last year in all 3 zones, and a big reason the top line had such noteworthy stats.




As Willy said, not much value, maybe a 2nd for how he performed last year. Maybe packaged with Miller they'd be worth quite a bit. Miller would be one of the few RH power play specialists available. Almost everyone on the trade block right now is a leftie.
