Right now, what's your Team Canada roster?

Has Bertuzzi played himself out of contention?

Is Crosby one of Canada's twelve best forwards right now?

Who are Spezza and Heatley pushing aside?

Are any of Tampa's Big Three on the bubble?

Is an old warrior like Yzerman still a, 'lock'?

Has McCabe barged his way in?

Is grit and heart enough to get Smyth and Doan on the roster? Or does Gretz go top-heavy with all skill?

The depth right now in Canadian hockey is sick, there are going to be some really good players watching from home.

I can't believe you guys have McCabe on there. Canada has more than enough offence without him and he cannot play defence against world class competition. The guy is a -6 on a team with a winning record. No way I take him over a Regehr or Hannan.

I hope Gretz does not put Yzerman on. The guy has had a great career, but there are just too many great centers in our country to have him to take a spot.

all Signs point to Yzerman and Lemieux getting honorary spots no matter how they play(although i think lemieux deserves it)

Regehr is hurt. Why would I want him on my team right now?

And Hannan is a ghastly -10. By far the worst on his team. Which just so happens to be a team that is 8-5-1. Actually, as of this post, Scott Hannan's -10 is the worst in the entire league. Worse than anyone on Atlanta, Columbus, Washington or Pittsburgh.

I dont know about you, but I'd rather have the guy who is -6 and has put up 15 points so far than the guy who is -10 and has put up 3. Easily.

Hannan has looked brutal during the brief stint he had with team Canada. Regehr was hit and miss in the World Cup as well, but was head and shoulders above Hannan.

If he's healty for the tournament, Nash will be on this team no question about it. Yzerman will be too but i could easely see him using an injury to let Gretzky pick an other guy but if yzerman want to go there he will.

The thing that might keep Nash off there is that his ankle injury is considered to be a season long, chronic injury such that, even when he returns, he would be having trouble with it.

Otherwise, I think Nash would have been a shoe-in. There's alot of good candidates, so that just might keep him out.

Where is DANIEL BRIERE On your lists?

You people amaze me....

He's one of the top scorers in the league right now, and finished in the top 30 last year. He currently has 10 goals and 16 pts. Great chemistry with Heatley as well....some of your other pics could certainly be replaced by Briere.
