How would you rank european junior leagues in terms of quality, development, etc?

1. MHL
2. SuperElit
3. Jr. A sm-liiga
4. Czech u20 / Jr. Elite A
5. Slovakia u20
6. DNL
7. EBYSL
8. Denmark u20
9. Hungary u20
10. France u20

Not counting second tier leagues like J20 Elit, Jr. Elite B...

Hard to say, the MHL is very large and I feel like Sweden and Finland offer a better path for young talent to develop. Switzerland too has a good program.

Maybe something like:

1. Sweden
2. Finland
3. Russia
4. Switzerland
5. Czechia
6. Slovakia

The rest I don't feel really qualify for ranking like this as they are not sufficiently professional.

I'll add one info about the German system. It has been undergoing several changes over the last few years. Most were minor but one major change will come after this season.
Starting with the 2018/19 season. The DNL will become an U20 league. It was an U19 league for the last few years, before that it was an U18 league.
And the Schüler Bundesliga that has been an U16 league will become an U17 league.
