I think it was truly incidental and no issues if he didn't jump. He ends up dropping a damn knee in the chest though.

End of the day it is a Charge and Interference that puts a player out of the game by a repeat offender.

He saw him at the last minute and panicked and jumped to try and get out of the way. If he was trying to injure he wouldnt have hit him with such terrible form. Accidental, no suspension.
