Anyone thinks the Rangers do this before the playoffs or take their chances after the playoffs???

I'd give him a 1 year deal 1 mil per at most with option for a 2ed year. He has stole games for the Rangers at times when the team wasn't that good and when Igor was off his game

I'd offer him a 1 year extension, yes. In saying that, there isn't really a rush. See how the rest of the season progresses. The player may not know if he wants to play another season yet. For example, if the team wins The Cup, would Quick come back or retire at that point? I'm sure both parties know there is interest
