Hoping to see many, many people join the Beauts & I for our first two home games: this upcoming Saturday at Bill Gray's Regional Iceplex in Henrietta (a 7:30 PM face-off against the Connecticut Whale), and November 11th against the Boston Pride. We'll raise our Isobel Cup championship banner on the 11th.

I am hoping to go to Saturday's game with my younger son and my daughter.

So, my kids wanted to sit right next to the Beauts penalty box.

Little did we know how busy their penalty box would be.

The Riveters had 17 PPs.

51 PIMs including 2 game misconducts.

Old Time Hockey!

2. Savannah Harmon (D), Clarkson University - Harmon helped Clarkson to two victories this weekend in ECAC league play. In Friday’s 4-0 win versus Yale, Harmon had an assist on the opening goal, as well as three shots on net and a plus two plus-minus rating. The next day, Harmon recorded three points in Clarkson’s 11-1 thrashing of Brown. Her one goal, scored in the first period, stood to be the game winning goal. Harmon also had two assists, three shots on net and a plus four plus-minus rating. Harmon was drafted 6th overall by the Buffalo Beauts in last summers NWHL draft.

Brittany Howard (Robert Morris) was named the College Hockey America (CHA) Player of the Month for October. The Buffalo Beauts draft pick leads the conference with nine goals and 15 points.

Player of the Month -
Brittany Howard – Robert Morris - Senior, Forward – St. Thomas, ONT/London Jr. Devilettes

Brittany Howard picked up where she left off in 2016-17, recording 15 points in eight October games. She recorded a point in all but one game during the month, opening the year on a seven-game point streak. Howard scored nine goals and added six assists for her 15 points. Two of her goals have come while shorthanded and two have gone as game-winners.

Howard had multiple point efforts in three games, including a five-point game in a 6-2 win at Minnesota State. The 6-2 win over Minnesota State saw Howard record her first hat trick of the season, but more importantly, become Robert Morris’ all-time leading scorer. She continues to add to her career total and now has 147 career points.
