Prospect advice...

I'm considering trading Shanny and Scott Young in a Keeper fantasy league I'm in. It's a deep league with 46 players on each roster, including prospects. We get to keep all players under 31 and only one in every 3 over 31, so with both getting on in age I'm looking to the future. I've been offered the following:
Ilja Bryzgalov G ANA
Nigel Dawes LW NYR
Miroslav Zalesak SJ
and a 1st Rd pick in '04 rookie draft.

I am seriously considering it because everything I know and have read on these prospects tells me to do it, but I'd really appreciate others' opinions on the prospects I would receive.

Also....

Brent Krahn, the Calgary G prospect. What does everyone think of him? Will he be the next man between the posts for the Flames? He's just someone I have my eye on and am also interested in what people think about him.
