Hey all, got a few questions regarding profiling after doing some research
I finally have the balls to give profiling a shot. I have Bauer Vapor 2X Pros (which came with the TUUK LS5 carbon blades) however, I decided it was time to get new steel: so now I am going with the Bauer Pulse Ti TUUK runners.
A). Can someone tell me what the radius is for both of these blades? I've been told Bauers generally come with 9', but the TUUK are above is 11'?
B). For folks who have had their skates profiled, did it take a while to get used to it? what is your opinion?
C). About how long does this process take, and what is the cost? I've been told only $15.
I understand 7-9' is more for quick turns/agility and 9-11' is more for stability. I am just trying to figure out what my current radius is, so I can decide what I want to try.
Then, I also need to figure out what Pitch (lean) and Rocker I want.
