ROR makes up for the bad penalty that led to the second goal. Let's win this thing!

Alright, got the point, keep the streak alive.

For crying out loud, bitching about penalties when they could have had 3 blatant calls earlier in the game.

Edit: boatyard? Blatant.

We outplayed them most of the game. Fleury stood on his head to keep us from blowing it open early. A bad penalty. A terrible pass. A crazy OT, willing to forfeit a point, and Hynes bones his old team.

Boning would have required a regulation win. Getting a point on the second of road BTB, an afternoon game no less, is not a terrible result

Feel like we had no idea what to do when the pulled Fleury and just played way to passive
They probably don't practice 4-on-3 penalty kills much and, when they do, it's probably with the same few guys. Forsberg doesn't penalty kill at all and he was caught out there by it. Also, being surprised by the move probably didn't help.

This could spark Minny. They have the Yotes, Ducks twice, Blues and Kings in their next five games. Ducks/Kings are B2B.

We have the Jets, Kraken, Sharks, Panthers and Wings.

To be fair, when Forsberg and Nyquist hopped over the boards they were expecting to play 3 on 3 hockey. All of a sudden they are playing 3 on 4 PK...is it really that surprising? Nyquist was playing as a D-man .

That was crazy ballsy by Hynes. Have to give credit where credit is due.
