It’s tough isn’t it? The flames game looked like they could match our physicality. I don’t get the same feeling here. Both are very skilled teams too.

We end 3-1 against the Avs this year

And 2-0-1 against Calgary. Regular season results rarely means much for how series go in the playoffs but I’d much rather have winning records against our first round opponents than not.

The same was said about Saros for about five years.

Rittich is a backup. He’s very likely not the 2nd best goalie the Preds have. That is supposed to be ingram. He needed the ice time of a #1 goalie (due to inactivity for a couple of years) and got it in Milwaukee. Rittich has been what he was intended to be for the year required. Now the worst has happened at the worst time. Rittich will struggle and throwing Ingram in now could be worse. I don’t envy the decision makers.
