Boy it's pathetic to look at it all spelled out like that.

Z has a lot of room for improvement in his production, obviously so does Mac. Hmm.

Trevor Zegras - (65) --> 85
Alex Killorn (64) --> 45
Troy Terry - (61) --> 75
Cam Fowler - (48) --> 55
Mason McTavish - (43) --> 60
Frank Vatrano - (41) --> 35
Ryan Strome - (41) --> 55
Adam Henrique - (38) --> 55
Jakob Silfverberg (26) ?
Max Jones - (19) --> 35
Brock McGinn - (19) ?
Radko Gudas (17) ?
*Isac Lundestrom (14) ?
Brett Leason (9) ?
Sam Carrick (7) ?
Robert Hagg (7) ?
Uhro Vaakanainen (2) ?
*Jamie Drysdale (0) --> 40
Bo Groulx (0) -->20
Jackson LaCombe (0) --> 25
Leo Carlsson (NA) --> 35

I won't predict the others, I have no sense of them at all.

Agree with most of these but also think Killorn is somewhere around 62-63 and actually think Vatrano puts up like 45.

I think Strome getting pushed down will improve his defensive #s but Vatrano getting pushed down should improve his offensive #s.

If Killorn only puts up 45…oh boy are we in trouble with that contract

I think Drysdale will break out under a new coach and put up 45-ish
He's a career 45-point guy. He's had some good seasons lately but I don't expect that and I don't think it really makes sense to expect it. I think a 50+ season is meaningfully possible but not likely.

But either way I don't think it affects whether we'll regret the contract.

Killorn brings more than just point production, he is good at ES defensively , and is excellent on the PK.

I just think it’s a signal of decline for what we paid. He’s making almost $7M the next 4 years. I fear a 45 point season means he’s a 3rd/4th liner in 2 seasons with further decline.Hope that’s not the case

For 7M we need more than a decent offensive player and good defensive player.

I can live with 50-55 points out of him. I’ll be disappointed with less.

I do think there will be some decline in his numbers just from the fact that he’s not playing with Point/Stankos/Kucherov/Hedman/etc

Saw that you replied to me, so will just reply here

I see Killorn hitting around 50 points. I’ve watched a lot of Tampa games when they had a lot of ex-Rangers there. He is very good at ES, very good on the PK.

He is not good on the PP though, will not see him as an option on PP1. He only had 12 points on the PP last season, which bolds well for his ES numbers.

Very optimistic IMO. I'm hoping he gets back to 30+ now that the Swedish giraffe is gone, but that's a lot of time lost last year.

If Dry can hit around a .50 PPG I’m content. Question is who gets the PP1 spot, him or Fowler who is coming off a career production year, and with a horrible PP.

Very good list!

Terry -> 81
Drysdale -> 35
Carlsson -> 41

Only changes I'd make.

I'd love to make some predictions and look like a tool at the end of the year but I can't even begin to guess. The real wildcard for me is what effect the coaching is going to have on the team. I really want to see Z go ppg though.

I presume there'll be a jump in offense based on coaching, especially on the PP. We were last (2nd last?) in offense so there's plenty of room to improve.

I'd prefer Drysdale be given the opportunity to win it. We're not playing for anything next year so having an aging vet hold down the position gains us nothing. I know it's a pipe dream, but I'd love to see Jamie use his skating (helping offset his size) to become a sneaky rover a la Scotty. Give him the coaching and the opportunity to see what he can do please.

Drysdale has so much potential. I still expect him at worst to become a Right handed Fowler, and that would not be a bad thing.
