Trying to track this down. If he plays Monday I don't know if that burns a year.Looks to be a two year entry level contract? Any guess as to what this means?
I wouldn't view it like that. You were going to get nothing for Vesey. So I guess you can view whatever Rem does as a bonus. The guy we traded Vesey for, hopefully we can see him develop into a decent piece for the future.
True lolI wouldn't view it like that. You were going to get nothing for Vesey. So I guess you can view whatever Rem does as a bonus.
The Sabres gave up Rem for nothing lmao.
18 year olds can slide up to twice ... 19 year olds can slide once.I thought contract slide is only for young guys...
And Rem is 21, 22 on sept 15. So not sure where the sliding comment comes from.18 year olds can slide up to twice ... 19 year olds can slide once.

How many teams can say they've had 2 Rem's in their history? I'd say one.
Wouldn't that mean 3 NCAA players have been named Rem?According to hockeydb.com only one NHL player in history went by the first name Rem. Which of course is Rem Murray.
Two NCAA players have been named Rem:
Rem Vanderbeek - Providence (09-11) - Undrafted, never played a pro game at any level.
Rem Pitlick - Minnesota (16-19)
And coincidentally, Rem Murray also came up through the NCAA route via Michigan State (91-95).
Two NHL players have gone by Remi and I'd estimate another 50-60 players with some variation like Remy, Remo, etc. who never made the NHL.

That doesn't even make sense. Ha!Raymond Joseph Murray is his name
