Figured I’d toss up a thread for this in case anyone’s watching.

First period just ended, both teams look like they’re in the developing chemistry stage.

Rodrigue isn’t dressed, appears to be the third goalie according to posters in other threads.

Lavoie is on the fourth line and second PP unit, but they seem to be rolling lines pretty evenly. He had a nice 1 on 2 scoring chance earlier, and has done a solid job moving the play forward from the bit I’ve seen. Hard to get a read on anyone at the moment though.

So excited for the tournament, really makes it feel like Christmas!

Rodrigue as the third string goalie for Canada so I doubt he sees any action, and I think Matej Blumel made the Czech team according to the prospect thread.

I’m not sure if I’ve been not paying enough attention, but Canada May have shortened its bench. The lavoie line may have missed a couple shifts.

As I type that, lavoie makes a good entry and has a good chance on net
