How has his grasp of Kelly's offense looked?

We know his accuracy is an issue but does he seem to understand the system or is he having problems with that as well?

He is behind Gabbert in that aspect. Gabbert has a good grasp of what the offense is supposed to do. The 49ers have looked way better this year than last. Kap missed way too many reps. I expect him to play quite a bit Thursday and Gabbert to start the year.
