Pastrnak was in the NHL as a first liner much earlier than Kaprizov and, honestly, that should decide it right there.

And he has hit higher highs. Both with offensive talent around him that Kaprizov has never had AND on a team like the current Bruins that is on par with the Wild with offensive talent.
