If there isn't room for Gaudette, there's no room for Kravstov.
you make room if you can get him for strome...see ya khaira, take the upside

No thanks to a Russian who won't go to the AHL team because he isn't good enough for the NHL. Just a matter of time before he bolts home.
If either of those scenerios (even from cup contenders where those picks are likely end of the respective draft round) were even remotely possible...Strome would have been gone months ago. We'ld be luck to get a second and a lotto ticket middling prospect. Everyone else can see the same flaws that led him to his drafting team giving up on him and his next stop being ready to move on too.Should try to get a first or two seconds for him…picks I say, picks!
We have some, sitting in the press box in the first game. They are more qualified NHLers than Kravstov at this point. What makes you think JC is going to put him in the lineup? We need talent. Period. Sign me up.

It's not me. This is not my opinion. This is what JC is doing. He has Khaira, and Carpenter in the line up over Gaudette. If it were me, I wouldn't have traded for Seth Jones, or Fleury. We'd be integrating young players and hoping they grow. But this is not what the Hawks are doing. They are trying to compete and guys like Kravstov won't be in the lineup. It's just a fact.imagine thinking they can't get gaudette, reichel and kravtsov all into the lineup...you get rid of the tweener guys like carpenter, khaira, entwistle etc...you take the asymmetric risk/reward trade, if it doesn't work out so what, strome has no future with hawks
As would I, but the Hawks won't be putting him in the NHL this year if he can't make the Rangers lineup. Those guys outside of Reichel aren’t nearly as talented. Former top 10 pick who is still only 21 years old. I’d take a chance on him.
The Coyotes drafted him third overall, that was dumber than Stan’s trade.Only stan is stupid enough to acquire Strome don’t hold your breath

Stan traded for him after he watched him play the NHL and was a failure, drafting is a different story, dumb move to draft him but not as dumb as Stan. The Coyotes drafted him third overall, that was dumber than Stan’s trade.
Strome only produces with talent and his points are inflated over 1 good season here.Trade

I dont think Entwistle is a tweeter, he has shown much and I figure he will carve out a pretty decent career.imagine thinking they can't get gaudette, reichel and kravtsov all into the lineup...you get rid of the tweener guys like carpenter, khaira, entwistle etc...you take the asymmetric risk/reward trade, if it doesn't work out so what, strome has no future with hawks
If they can get a single second for him, I'll be shocked.Should try to get a first or two seconds for him…picks I say, picks!
Yeah it should be a 1st + a B prospect, or an A tier prospect. If they can get a single second for him, I'll be shocked.
