While any new rules developed mid-draft deserve careful consideration by GMs, we need to give the power to the Commish to make decisions based on rules adopted pre-draft. We've tried new rules in the past, and some have fallen by the wayside. I would suggest a Commish and a co-Commish who can make rulings as soon as possible after an issue arises. Suspending the draft to debate how to speed things up is more than a little bit ironic.
