I don't think Norris is a "albatross" of a contract. He's better than all those pieces combined, even if you think he's overpaid a bit, he's still a top 6 center with a good ability to put pucks in the net, something we lack majorly. He'd probably be our best pure goal scorer.


Why is Norris's contract completely under water because of 50 games coming off pretty big injury? Let's give him more games before declaring for sure.

He's having his 3rd surgery on the same shoulder, and we have no idea when he'll be back or if he can be relied on to be close to the same player he was before.
