Tuch can earliest be activated off of LTIR on monday I believe. Could be tuesday, but IIRC it's monday.

24 days as in has to miss 24 days, and I don't think 2/13 counts as a missed day, so should be monday.

The 8th is the 24th day when counting the 14th as the first missed day, maybe you counted to 24 as if that's when you should stop? A better way to look at it is count to the 25th day as I (also) nearly did that mistake.

No. Roster limit goes away after TDL. Just cap $$ are an issue (and being out the LTIR minimum).

(For instance, they announce Pirri is recalled, but roster does not get updated. Someone is not following through properly)

fwiw, One or both of these guys may have been on Emergency Recall and had to be returned. There doesn't appear to be a cap benefit to sending them down right now if CF's figures are accurate.
