Peter Holland always uses the same exact move in every shootout, and it works very well. Do the goalies not watch clips of players shootout moves because i dont think Holland has ever used a different move...

Just posting this to point out an observation of mine. Is he the most repetitive shooter in the NHL?

Corey Perry and Jakob Silfverberg pretty much always do the same thing.

Silf: Skate in to the left, little fake, top shelf far side.

Perru: Skate to the middle, five hole

Maybe he should use his "dive into the empty net trying to tap in a teammate's shot before it crosses the goal line" move.

Well, to be fair, I'm pretty sure that was an attempted pass by Komarov, and the puck was moving so slowly, he had to try to make sure it made it over the line.

Some players just find a move that works for them. Jussi Jokinen liked to put it between elbow and waist, Sundin liked to fake forehand and go to the backhand. If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Not remotely close.

Not the same move as Holland. The same move every shootout.

He's the first shooter here

And shoots at about 3:57 here

He does the same move every shootout

Holland said it though, he says that more often than not when he pulls the puck back to his forehand that there is always room between the goalie's pad and his stick and blocker. It's whether he gets the shot between them or not.

Nik Kulemin did the exact same shootout move every single time

IIRC, he had a handful of shots, five hole tries, and even a backhand try.

Well, to be fair, I'm pretty sure that was an attempted pass by Komarov, and the puck was moving so slowly, he had to try to make sure it made it over the line.

The slow slide to the goal was Komarov to a tee. Trolling the Canucks even as the game is out of reach.

Lupul does the same move as well.

The most successful players on the shootout have a surprisingly small repetoire they follow. It's not how many moves you can do but rather if they can do them well consistently.
The net is actually too big for goalies to have a legitimate opportunity against all types of attempts. I read in a goalie blog how just the shooter's option of taking a shot vs going backhand shelf basically forces the goalie to cheat/guess. Either you set yourself up for the shot and get beat by the deke or, load weight onto the leg you're going to push off from and get beat fivehole or guess wrong as to where the shooter's gonna go.

His shootout move may be predictable but diving head-first into the net on an empty-net goal was a new twist.

Bozak still always goes five hole, all the goalies have figured it out though as I never see him score on a shoot out anymore.
