Just beat the Sharks on Tuesday and the road trip's a success.

Last night the defensive minutes were pretty wild. #1 for TOI was a given. Our best Dman in Dumo by a good margin but then it went:

Definitely interesting. Now if Sully was a mad genius, realizing we won and shifted to reserving Petry and Petts for the Kings then that's fairly smart. But good thing Dumo got 22+min Definitely a guy with solid legs that'll be shot out of a cannon for tonight.

This is the swing game as to having a great road trip. Pens get two here and get some redemption from that crap performance vs the sharks before the break. Hopefully Letang is back a ready to go. I like the RD when healthy and if Rust can get on a little streak here that makes the top 2 lines productive. Third line is where Hextall has to fix and Poehling, Teddy B and whoever on RW is a good all around 4th line. Maybe Kap gets going or Carter gets his second wind but that has to be addressed along with LD. The issue to me is the LD in the playoffs just will be exposed down low.

He did look good, but then this is how guys get overrated when the team plays another who's bad and don't care. A team getting a beat down... until the final whistle. He deserves more minutes for sure.

Sure, it's about making assumptions on brief moments in time. This is the crap that has/had Blueger overrated. Like I said, he deserves more ice-time and we go from there. He is more gifted than TB, so I don't fully dismiss him. I also don't think he's "throw him in the 3c position" either. He played 8:00 minutes against a very very bad team.
