The Caps are a very bad team. Pens needed a point out of that and had plenty of time to get it tied. Once again refused to shoot and cause chaos in front, had to make the perfect play. Hopefully they're embarrassed by losing to a team they skated circles around, but they'll pat themselves on the back for good analytics.
