I have been watching Marc-André Gragnani of the PEI Rocket play for quite a while now and the kid is really improving on a game to game basis. I have been told he was outstanding in the last trip to RN and ValDor and against Moncton on their last game he was everywhere and playing the puck better than some forward. He really impressed me.
I hope he gets positionned well for the upcoming draft because he deserves it. He works hard on every shift and never lets the team down, he even fought in ValDor to protect his goalie.
He needs to put on some size but he is still growing and size can always be added. What he has and no one can deny is a great vision and hockey sense, something you cannot teach. He anticipates well and more and more he shows combativity and willingness to get out of the corner with the puck. I think he is helping his team in trying to secure a play-off spot and if they succeed part of it will come to his great sense of team work. Keep up the good work Grags, I, for one, am rooting for you!
