Just started Season 5 of Peaky Blinders, it's frustrating how few episodes they give you each season.

Absolutely love this show. Don't know if someone mentioned it but they're filming season 6 right now

Also there will be a season 7 and apparently a movie after that too

Took me until season 4 to realize Alfie was played by Tom Hardy. I had just watched Mad Max Fury Road and could not reconcile that this was the same actor. He just completely transforms when he becomes Alfie. Probably one of my favourite characters in any TV show ever.

Wild that we’re waiting on the premiere of season 6… of a series that started in 2013. They make Fast & Furious movies faster than seasons of this show.

Still, it’s one of the best shows on TV. I’ll be watching for sure.

New season premiere is tomorrow! Not in the US yet unfortunately, Netflix likely puts the episodes up in March or April

New season available today so time to rewatch to remember what the hell was happening. Not the greatest tv show ever but surprised how little talk there is here about it.

The actress who played Aunt Polly passed away last year. Curious to see how they handled that. Written/killed off or did they just hire someone else? Pretty major character.

Just finished the final season...definitely excited for the movie.

Season 6 is definitely the slowest up until the finale I'd say. Episodes 2-4 especially were pretty slow and a bit confusing, but it clears up in 5 and 6 and picks back up. Really loved the ending. Entire finale as a whole really

Honestly this season fell flat for me. Too slow in-between episodes 2-4.

Finale just a bit much, I mean I get they are thinking about a movie/spin-offs but the ending to 6 kinda put a damper on the series overall to me. Over the top, unbelievable, and what I would describe as a forced "open-ended closure". In a way it felt very much to me like the final season of GoT.

Just finished this myself, really happy with the way they maneuvered around the death of Polly and thought the ending was quite good. Not sure it's as good as Boardwalk Empire, but it's pretty damn close. One of the better shows out there.

Looking forward to the movie in 11 years. :sarcasm:
