[PC] Windows 10 1809 - Driver Issues (Faulty Chipset // Video Card)

To all my my fellow techie out there, if you guys are planning to reformat you PC with a fresh install of Windows 10, I would highly avoid the 1809 version, its laggy and unstable. I thought that I could solve the issue by playing with my drivers but my experiment failed. After a bit of research I realized that I was not the only one, so I reformatted with the previous version... Win10 1803

If you guys have found a solution for the issue let me know, what can be found on the MS Website aint doing anything for me

For what it's worth, I've been using 1809 since October without issues. It's neither laggy nor unstable for me.
