Patrick Jarrett (http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php3?pid[]=54083) was orignally drafted by the Predators in 2002, but they didn't sign him for some odd reason and he re-entered the draft. I was confident he was going to get picked, but he wasn't. What happens to the re-entries who didn't get drafted? Should they look for a new career, maybe selling hockey equipment, or is there still a chance they end up with an NHL team. If anyone knows anything specific with regards to Patrick Jarrett's situation, please advise!

Unrestricted Free Agent. Will probably play ECHL for two years, then retire.
