And they’re not competitive. If the Wild continue to lose, he could become available, right now though, the Wild have no motivation to move him. The reason that Edmonton would want him is the same reason that MN has him, the Wild want to be competitive this season.
That is your opinion, I don't think anyone will argue that you have it. The people running the organization and some fans of the team feel differently. And they’re not competitive.
Not really an opinion when anyone with eyes can see your record, and your roster. It’s not a good team. Sure some people could be delusional but that’s their problem. That is your opinion, I don't think anyone will argue that you have it. The people running the organization and some fans of the team feel differently.
Something truly stupid for a 35 year-old, pending UFA, fourth liner on a non-playoff team? What level of stupid are we talking, here?

The problem with what you're saying is that neither is Edmonton. I don't know if you noticed, but they're one of only 3 teams below the Wild right now.And they’re not competitive.
A physical present can energize a team at times. Edmonton has been the better team in a few games the lost at hit at the right time can/could've change the outcome of some of those games. Not sure how Maroon can help this team
Sounds like you are looking for Ryan Reeves!A physical present can energize a team at times. Edmonton has been the better team in a few games the lost at hit at the right time can/could've change the outcome of some of those games.
Doubt he will. He has a nmc and has to be agreed to be traded. He’s also a Minnesota resident, born hereI mean I'm not really sure why people think this would be a joke add. Not sure how many Cup runs Maroon has to be part of before people take him seriously. Sure, as the *only* move this would be pretty weak but as a low-key, low-cost addition? Maroon does a lot of things the Oilers currently lack. He may have the turning radius of a battleship and he's most definitely a pure specialist at this point but his old man game is still on point and he's one of the most beloved locker room guys in the league.
For a team starving for some resoluteness, guys who use their size, lower line-up depth and some moxy in the room and who also lack a ton of highh-level assets and cap sapce - Maroon seems like a pretty ideal target as part of an effort to buttress the roster.
One thing is pretty much guaranteed - if the Wild continue to suck, come the deadline, Maroon will absolutely be on some other contending team's roster.
