OP GM Game #1- Free Agency/Auction Thread

- All undrafted, dispersal players (meaning they have been drafted IRL, but not this game) are eligible to be sent offers on.
- All KHL players are available to be signed, unless they are a prospect of a team not dispersaled.
- All offers will be a 1 year contract, with the maximum amount to be offered in cash, is $10,000,000.
- The way things will work is, the player will go to the highest bidder, should their be two or more teams that are the highest bidder, will then be determined on which team the player would be the best fit.
- However, rules for KHL players are different, should you sign an KHL player, you can not sign any other players, from either league. You can however send in multiple offers in hopes to get on of the players you offer on, but should you sign an KHL player, all other offers are voided.
- Another rule for KHL players, a team signing a KHL player, would have half that cap they offered, taken from their cap hit. So a $10M signing would effectively be a $15M signing. And should a KHL player be traded, 1/4 of their cap would be taken from the new team, along with half on the previous team. So for instance a $10M signing and then trade, team A would lose $5M from their cap hit, making the max they can spend $85M, and team B would lose $2.5M from their cap hit, making the max they can spend $87.5M. (This rule can be changed)
