My guess on how the roster will look. Maybe with some corrections.
FORWARDS:
Zuccarello - M.Olimb – Thoresen (This line is interesting but maybe with a little twist: Thoresen as center and Holtet on the right wing?)
Röymark - Bastiansen - Holtet (I dont know if our coach wants to split this line, so this will probably stay as it is)
Skröder - K.Olimb - Rosseli Olsen (exciting mix on that line, would like to see how it worked out)
Dahlstrøm - Forsberg - Roest
On the the fourth line there is diffidently some competition, I can easly se a player like Sondre Olden(Norwegian GET league’s best player at the moment) get on the roster . Other players fighting for Olympic spot:
Andreas Martinsen (Düsseldorfer EG, DEL)
Tommy Kristiansen (Stavanger Oilers, GET)
Sondre Olden (VÃ¥lerenga, GET)
Mats Frøshaug (Lørenskog, GET)
Morten Ask (VÃ¥lerenga, GET)
Mats Hansen (Storhamar Dragons, GET)
DEFENCE:
Tollefsen - Holøs (They are going to play a lots of minutes, thats for sure )
M.Trygg - Bonsaksen (Trygg with a lot of experience, the team really needs that)
Rindal – Nørstebø
On our D-pairs, well their isn’t much competition here. But it will be interesting to see if Nørstebø makes the team. He is differently good enough, but he is very young and doesn’t have the experience, and I know our coach Roy Johansen always prefers players with a lot of experience.
I am not sure about Rindal either, there are players there to challenge him. Henrik Ødegaard favorite to take his spot.
Players that can fight for a spot on the third D-pair:
Nicolai Bryhnisveen (Lillehammer, GET)
Henrik Ødegaard (Missouri Mavericks, CHL)
Henrik Solberg (Stavanger Oilers, GET)
GOALIES:
Haugen is the favorite to start all games. But maybe a player like Steffen Søberg (Vålerenga,GET) can challenge for a spot as backup goalie.
