I though I was going to keep NHL 13 and skip this one. But the game play annoys me and the demo of NHL 14 seemed to have alot of my issues fixed.

I hope I can skip NHL 15 now lol

I accidently opened NHL 13. Closed it, opened NHL 14. When I opened NHL 14 all the songs were from NHL 13. My player settings changed to a player name I used at beginning of NHL 13 and I couldn't join any games.

McCarron wont be in the game for awhile. Curious to see how low they have Collberg and DLR's potential though. (They gave Barkov 2.5 stars )

In the original roster, the prospects always have ****** ratings. They fix them after the 1st or 2nd update usually.

Besides the hugging part, now multiple fights can occur at once. On OTP 2 fights were happening same time. Kind of cool.

I'm 0-1. I wasn't expecting. I slapped puck after whistle not realizing I'll be forced to fight.

So far watching GM videos, I've noticed a lot more players have Red Star potential. Like, A LOT more players. Why? What does it really mean? I know Red Stars mean "unlikely to reach potential" but from people who have played GM mode a lot, does it mean they usually completely bust? Or do they just fall short of their potential?

Ex. 4.5 or 4 red star players, do they just fall short of that and still end up being a good player? Or do they never become a good player? Is 3.5 red stars just a waste of time?

Players who already have good or decent overalls but are still young with Red Star potential, does that mean they will drop stats or just never get better?

EA seems to have given a ton of top prospects and good young players red stars this year.

Im pleasently surprised with Ellers rating at 84. Desharnais is still the 1st line centre at 81 with plek as 2nd with an 86 ovr rating though

I have a feeling the fighting will get out of hand in EASHL as my club takes pride in getting 50+ hits a game.
