likely won't have time. Been pretty busy at work this week. I declined today's too when AS what awesome enough to ask me if i'd like to do it.

Edited into a transparent PNG for ease of editing: right click -> save as (preserves the transparency) if you end up using this.

Is this a simple process? I've always wondered the best way to do this sort of thing.

With photoshop:

Select Magic Eraser Tool -> Set tolerance to 32, check Antialias (for smoothing), check contiguous (so it will delete all matching adjacent pixels) (if you're deleting white/bright colours this is usually the best settings) -> click on white (or other color) area you wish to delete -> repeat as needed to any areas that may have not been attached to the first area (in this case some of the gaps in the mustaches).

Only took about 2-3 minutes.

My one piece of advice is to wrap your roster in a quote, the background color of the quote will match the gradient on the avatars so it'll look a bit nicer.
