Aren't MTL and TOR not on there because it's fairly obvious that he wouldn't be dealt to an in-division Canadian team, and would rather specify other teams he'd rather not go to?

If that were to happen I would look at starting the year with

Cowen - Karlsson
Methot - Shattenkirk
Phillips - Gryba
Boro


Should be easier to control Karlsson's minutes that way: both pairings are great as long as Cowen improves (if it doesn't work then your lineup)

Ceci should go and dominate the AHL, he'll be called up in case in injury anyway

Knew I was forgetting someone. Ceci.
Phillips-ceci could be the last pair. If we do get another d like Shattenkirk we will obviously need to get rid of one or two more.
