Friedman just mentioned that coyotes are trying to work out a trade for Ekman-Larsson. If they come to terms on a trade they’ll see if he’ll accept to go there.
So he's going to BostonIf I remember from last season, Edmonton, Boston, and Vancouver were all interested in him. OEL prefers Boston and Vancouver.
So he's going to Boston[/QUOTE
Yup, Vancouver has no cap space and Edmonton still doesn't have any answers on Klefbom's health.
I’ll bet it won’t, they’ll get a first for sure and likely more.Gonna cost them a lot to dump that albatross contract
From what Friedman just laid out, It's neither Boston or Vancouver.Benning about to get that contract.

A team like Boston is hurting badly for defense. It’s basically McAvoy at this point since Carlo is always hurt and everyone else on their backend is pretty meh.
Anyways, this is my Oilers offer:
James Neal (2 years left @ 5.75 M) + Kyle Turris (1 year left @ 1. 65 M) = 7.4 M
+
Caleb Jones + 2021 1st Round Draft Pick + Cooper Marody
for OEL
Jim Benning bout to acquire a horrible contract when they’re already having trouble paying the young guys lol
The only way the ISLES can afford OEL, Is if Bill Armstrong takes on their trash for him.EOL should consider the Islanders.
Maybe even the Kraken for that matter.
What are Arizona's needs? The Oilers really only have D and G prospects. Some fantastic quantity in that trade. The vakue works, the return though lacks what's going to fit their needs though.
Friedman just said that it would've to be to a team that OEL would be willing to waive to, He already said yes to both Boston and Vancouver. So my bet it's probably Edmonton with Klefbom's uncertainty. If Vancouver: watch it be for something around Schmidt for OEL
Didn't he already turn down Edmonton last season?Friedman just said that it would've to be to a team that OEL would be willing to waive to, He already said yes to both Boston and Vancouver. So my bet it's probably Edmonton with Klefbom's uncertainty.
