On my keister
I'd forgotten all about Blidh after he'd gotten some looks at the start of the season.
Completely unfamiliar with Rydahl.

Colorado did nothing to really fix their problem.
No 2nd C
Eller at his better is a 3rd C
Nieto at his better is a 3rd liner W
Johnson will be 7th C
Really bad trade deadline for Colorado at least all west teams have not a pretty good TDL

Which #2C were we going to get with the assets we have on the table?

Rydahl out performed some of the players that made the team. His preseason and camp had us thinking he could be taking a spot on the 4th line. But the team went with Carpenter to start the season. I liked Rydahl. He had a good motor but never got the call us despite us needing a 4th line player/center at times.

His AHL stats are meaningless for how you would want him to play.

A GM need to be creative.
Colorado have 2023 2024 and 2025 1st
for a 2nd C a first with a lineup guy.
Probably Front office are a ok with their team
Full lineup I have no problem with Colorado but we still have no landeskog and with a 10 month without play a game coming directly in playoff will be very difficult for him

I don't think MacFarland thought a rental centerman was worth a 1st. And I don't think the Avs have the cap space next season to keep said center and resign Byram.
