A bit of a reality check. Not only is this still pre-season but most camp rosters just cut in half today and most teams are now down to within 6 or 7 players of the teams that they will go to battle with this upcoming season. Most of the top prospects were not in every game for that, Crosby certainly was not. Some may have been. So are we comparing apples and oranges in thse totals? Let us see how players do now that teams are much more close to what they will be during the season.

Wow, let's have fans from all their teams list rookies who have had good camps because they're all better prospects than Sidney Crosby.

I think you missed the sarcasm....

The only reason why I posted, (which is obvious sarcasm) is in response to the millionth Crosby related thread. Get a sense of humor guy. :p:

Should they bank on Thornton ? A captain who get outscored by opposite team goalie in playoffs ? If anything hype is only a good thing and trying to market the top player from the draft have been seen in many sports .
Typical Habs poster, bringing Thornton into a discussion which has NOTHING to do with him.

Damn Habs and their fetish with the Bruins.
