NHL 13 Revamped Ratings

Hey everyone,

I really want to start up a new GM game on NHL 13. But with the awful rosters created by EA...it's hardly even worth it.

Operation Sports has a revamped roster, but I'm having problems uploading it..keeps saying their file is damaged, and I'm asking for help, but it's falling on deaf ears at the moment. Can someone help me please...
