Yup, Flyers sent back him, Sanheim, and Konecny. Thought Provorov might get a longer look but the Flyers already have 7D on one way deals (Streit/MacDonald/Del Zotto/Schenn/Medvedev/Schultz/Gudas).

And now the accuser's lawyer who dropped that "bombshell" just quit the case.

The whole case stinks to high heaven. It looks more and more likely that this was a cash grab attempt. The entire timeline, especially of recent events, is just incredibly convenient. No DNA found to suggest rape, then the tampered evidence bombshell, but then the lawyer abruptly quits.

It's just a mess all around.

this girl is probably doing all this to make the case "inconclusive". This helps her because if kane doesn't want the case to drag out, he'll settle out of court. also, by being inconclusive, she can never be found to be guilty of making stuff up.

if she let it go to trial with the DNA kit not tampered with, she would be found to be a liar, and then there are real issues with Kane possibly counter-suing. my two cents on the matter

Yup, Flyers sent back him, Sanheim, and Konecny. Thought Provorov might get a longer look but the Flyers already have 7D on one way deals (Streit/MacDonald/Del Zotto/Schenn/Medvedev/Schultz/Gudas).

I've watched all the Flyers preseason games so far. Konecny will be a very good player. Provorov looks good, too.

They're a little further off than our group, but that young D core will be good for Philly. Gostisbehere is their Gelinas, though, it's uncanny.

No tampering ever happened. DA acknowledged mother was behind this and that she knew from start it was not an evidence bag. Evidence is 100% locked up and documented

Mothers actions were to try and get DNA results thrown out under tampering claims ,, Those DNA tests only showed trace fragments from Kane above waist (All explainable by casual contact and such). No Kane DNA of any type (Semen , Hair , Skin flakes , etc) in underwear of accuser or privates of accuser

Actually its not dropped ,, DA has stated he will decide at conclusion of investigation though as of right now Kane's lawyer seems pretty confident the DNA results + Mother fiasco will result in its dismissal soon

hilarious morning…….had a friend (who is a leafs fan) go on about and moan about the last game in '07 where the team started clemmer vs the isles ….claims the devils started him so that they wouldnt make the playoffs……

…then i reminded him that madden scored twice in the third including a LAST SECOND goal to take it to OT……

…..and the isles started dubbie too…his 8th game of the season
