Hawks and Bulls fans to enjoy the latest greatest advance in arena center Scoreboard technology and display size plus surround sound system to be handed the fan experience...of course fans gotracpaycforvit. .so expect prices going up..

But as to the Hawks....it is great toy will hear the anthem in surround sound but do you really want to hear the annoying g Gene Hondatelling the fans theRevis a Blackhawks Power Play in Surround Sound about 40 seconds after the PP is in progress ? It is annoying enough in the current sound system with such lw ghry delays distracting from the ongoing action just to tell fans what they already know is happening ...do they really think fans are that dumb not to know Hawks ate on a Power Play ..and on top of it. ..Honda always puts emphasis on the words "Power Play"in some emotion trying to convert excitement...bit when the oops get a PP naturally the PP announcement is done matter of factly
as if a foreshadowing of doom for the Hawks pk.

The point that is..fans know when there is a PP or OK ..fans to don't need anymore than the name of player serving the penalty and the type of person nasty and length.. Fans do not need to be told Hawks are on a "Power Play"...they automatically know that by seeing the data posted on the Scoreboard because they can see the number of the oops player who is getting the penalty and see the guy go to the box and they can read how many minutes he got..They may be unsure of type of penalty so all the arena announcer should do is say something like Colorado (or whatever team I opposition we play thatcnight) Penalty...then statectgevpkayer's number and name ...then length of the penalty (eg. 2 minutes) then pe alty type (eg. tripping)...Fans then Know Hawks are on the PP...no need to say Blackhawks PowerPlay ...no NE Rd to hype those words and ...especially 39-40 seconds after PP already in profess it seems many times. ..and Especially not in Surround Sound..cause that is too much overkill for something so patently obvious to everyone.
