unless it's in combination w/ a team... see Athens..... it's highly unlikely Richmond will be a target for any league.... it's a lot like Baltimore's struggles once First Mariner was deemed obsolete....only other thing would be to try to do what the Islanders eventually did w/ UBS Arena @ Belmont Park... but would Richmond Raceway be open to that...
