OT: Need Photoshop help

Hey guys, not sure where to put this, feel free to merge anywhere mod or let the thread die.

I am completely clueless at photoshop and photo editing.

I need to be turned into a chubby version of myself in a picture. Anybody can help out with this? Would be most appreciated.
Any kind soul willing to do me this solid can send me a private message.

If you don't know photoshop, I have an easy workaround for you: eat donuts for 6 months and take a picture.

Just kidding, you'll probably find some help around here. And have you tried to look online? There's plenty of easy to use photo editing tools that work within a browser.

That sounds like a fun 6 months plan..Might consider it.

I looked at some things but I was hoping to avoid having to research, go through tutorials and trials.
I figured someone savvy in photoshop can probably do this very fast.

I've got the perfect solution, I will send you a picture of myself, you just have to switch the faces
