Yeah...I mean, I love the CIS and all...but I can't see Alberta, or any CIS team for that matter, being able to hang with either of these two teams for an entire 60 minutes. The NCAA teams just have way too much speed. Minnesota has what...14 NHL picks or something like that? Maybe in an exhibition game I could see it, but certainly not at this point of the year when the NCAA teams are playing their best.

I agree. UNB, Alberta, USask are all good teams - but these two (Union and Min) are 1, possible 2, gears faster. Union was really turning it around in the neutral zone and counter attaching great. CIS teams just can't keep up with that kind of speed for 60min. UNB's success in the US comes from getting leads in the first and holding on in the 3rd.
