Wish the best for him. His lack of footspeed just didn't mesh with Hynes' system. Think he can thrive with the right system

Kinda like the Mike Brown claim by MTL last year. The Habs claimed him on waivers before the SJ-MTL game.

Nashville has some playmakers up front, can see him doing alright there.

Wish him the best, it just wasn't going to work for him in NJ. Would like to have gotten an asset back but whatever.

Nashville has a load of injured forwards, so while this may not be a long term acquisition, it's a good one regardless.

I understand why we did this, I even agree with it for the most part. But still, it's a sad day. Hope Boosh can flourish in Nashville.

Nashville only has 2 forwards injured and another forward on a conditioning assignment.

With everyone healthy Reid Boucher will probably end up being the 13th or 14th forward on Nashville's roster. He stays with Nashville for the rest of the year unless he has a major meltdown.
