What offers? Monahan, Edmundson and Byron are finished or "likely" done. Anderson, Matheson and Dvorak have term. Issue is you also have garbage on expiring contracts like Drouin and Dadonov that will walk right into free agency. The others well? Garbarge with more term: Arnia, Gallagher and Savard. Hoffman might get a late rounder, hopefully a 2nd like Nino, but I'm quite optimistic.

Possible, but TSN addressed the most probable reason and that is the Rocket are trying to make the playoffs. Grabbing Tierney to play 4c, while letting as many players stay in Laval as possible, isn't a bad thing.
