idk why the Yankees are doing this. He's 16th in bWAR. idk if the Yankees care about this but he is a cheater.

Don't be silly unless you care about cheating. Griffey was injury prone, is 58th in bWAR, and the cheater Bonds is 4th in bWAR.
Griffey will always be the guy for me.

Sweetest swing in baseball.

Bonds was a juiced out douchebag.

I mean, the answer is obviously Bonds. I was in the Bay Area when he broke the record, and it was electric.

Before he started juicing, he had two seasons with higher offensive WAR than anything Griffey did. He was a better hitter even before he juiced. Griffey was vastly superior in the OF until he was 28. Bonds was a positive defensive WAR player until he was 34, Griffey had negative defensive WAR starting when he was 29.

Bigger asshole, of course. Juiced up, of course. But he was better, IMO.

He was also a on an episode of Bar Rescue about 5 years back, I know the show is mostly staged but he had two of his younger employees live with him and his wife, Erin  Bobby V also appears in the episode lol

Pierce Johnson, Braves Agree to 2-Year, $14M Contract; RP Traded from Rockies in July

Happy to have him back. This was a fantastic get. In 43 games for the Rockies, he had a 6.00 ERA and a 1.85 WHIP, however, in 24 appearances with the Braves, Johnson had a 0.76 ERA and a 0.89 WHIP with 32 strikeouts in 23.2 innings pitched. His ERA ranked sixth in all of MLB among pitchers to make at least 20 appearances. If I remember correctly, he was basically free.
