What's the bet? That Lebreton is redeveloped without Melnyk involved? Gimme some odds, I'd probably take that action.
Shoot, I'd probably take action on him not living to the completion of the project. We're 3 years into him jumping the line on the transplant list and he's 58 going on 75. What's a realistic completion period for the stadium? 2025? No way does that liver hold up till then.
