I used to get asked for help all the time and ushers would even point people my way (even if i had 2 beers in my hand) used to send people into back rooms at rexall all the time. Always gave me a good chuckle.

The Oilers Message Board via EdmontonOilers.com started cooing to teens and pipsqueeks. Peers on TOMB told me to join them on HF and escape the Disney fest.

Thread I started in 2010 with user Racki where i wrote up a 2 page thinger-ma-jigger on RHD and advantages/disadvantages. Back then nobody cared about the hand of shot. It was important to show the nuances of being on your natural side or offside. Had video links and diagrams. Ended up being a great thread, despite me starting the thread in anger and frustration at people NOT GETTING it. most people got it once they read the thread and looked at the supporting material. I will always remember that thread.

I know there has been some good ones. Normally GDTs that got on a weird course of quips and pot-shots. Once in a while people are on their games at the same time and you get a flow of 20 or so users at the same time making solid comebacks and jokes. It feels like a real lockerroom when that happens and reminds me of chirping the boys back in my days of playing.

Ireland. lived in edmonton 15 years though.

Its been so long since i had a good oiler memory. Stanley Cup run in 06. MArchants goal and the save just before that by CUJO.

Weights trade. Bar none. Worst day for me as an oiler fan.

Strangest is getting Messiers Auto as a kid and i decked a kid who had downsyndrome. He had taken my spot in line (much bigger than me and older)...i decked him and he cried. When i looked up Messier was staring down at me. When i got to him he said "i shouldnt augraph your card for what you did" and i said "he pushed me and took my spot"...Messier stared at me (i was scared) and autoed my card and told me "nice right hook though" (while still looking mean at me). I still got the card to this day. I nearly pooped my pants.

Favorite Oiler now? Besides McDavid i would say i really Like Drais and always loved Looch as a B

10) Best oiler memory I was laying in bed as a 11 yr old suppose to be asleep but i took my alarm clock radio and shoved it under my pillow listening to rod phillips play by play when todd marchant scored the OT winner in gave 7, I yelled out yes and my parents wondered what was going on, i proceeded to run out to the living room and tell them i needed to see that goal, they laughed and changed the channel.

8) Where are you from Travelled a lot as a kid, born in Red Deer, consider Meadow Lake, SK my home town.
9) How did you decide on your log in name Started using molsonmuscle in high school, because I enjoyed beer. Just like the name, so I have stuck with some form of it since. I don't even drink anymore.
10) Best only memory - One of my earliest memories is Marty McSorley throwing me a towel and a thumbs up after I was leaning against the glass and took the brunt of one of his hits when I was around 5. Split my head open, but I stayed at the game and finished watching.
11) Worst oiler memory - Seeing Roloson go down. I looked at my friend, and said "welp, that's it..Oilers are ****ed now, Conklin is the backup not Juice"

21) Craziest thing you've done as an oiler fan - I dressed from head to toe in Oilers gear for the season opener the year they went to the Finals after the lockout. Had an Oilers cape, jersey, shirt, pjaama pants, socks, shoes, touque. Laforge actually came up and asked me for a pic with him.
22) Best Vacation - Me and my girlfriend had a great time in Saskatoon last year for the UFC event. Found a really great Cajun place, saw some great fights, stayed in a historic hotel. Wonderful time all around.
23) Worse Vacation - Pretty much all my childhood vacations. We only did stuff my dad wanted to do. Never went to Disney or anything, it was always just camping or visiting relatives.
24) How many games did you attend in the Old Northlands - Over 200. My dad worked for Grant Fuhr's father in Spruce Grove in the 70's and 80's. We used to get tickets from the shop all the time as I grew up.
